Janice Hichack - Office Manager
Janice is responsible for keeping the hospital running like a well oiled machine. She has been working at Yonkers Animal Hospital since May of 2000. Janice loves to crochet and spends most of her free time taking pictures while she and her husband travel around the country in their RV. She also enjoys spending time with her 3 children.

James Cornwell - Groomer
If your pet has ever needed a bath or a stylish new haircut, then you know Jimmy. Jim has been a fixture at Yonkers Animal Hospital from the very beginning. He graduated from the New School of Dog Grooming and Pet Assistants in 1976. He loves bowling, fishing and basically any type of sports...but James' passion is in his music where in his spare time he plays percussion and conga timbales. Jim is married with 2 children.

Krystiana Sembos, Receptionist/Assistant
Krystiana spends her day lending a hand wherever needed, but you will most often see her smiling face at the reception desk when you come in to the hospital. Krys has been with Yonkers Animal Hospital since 2000. Her passions include yoga and riding horses. She has been riding hunt seat (a style of riding) since she was 7 years old. Krystiana has a guinea pig and 3 cats.

Alanna Ponga, Surgical Assistant
Alanna has been with Yonkers Animal Hospital since January of 2007. She assists in the various duties around the hospital but you'll find her most often assisting the doctors in surgery. She is a video game queen. When she's not playing the latest game, she enjoys hanging out with friends.

Marcy Carroll, Front Desk Attendant
Marcy who is affectionately named "Rocky" has been working at the front desk since 1989. Marcy is a lifelong Yonkers residence. Rocky enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to great music and enjoying good food. Marcy is married with 2 sons and 3 beautiful granddaughters.
